No. We run a fully open vendor policy with no required vendors, no vendor fees and no exclusivity.
Bring your own caterer, DJ, photographer, officiant and florist. Outside catering is welcome in every tier, so the food at your reception can come from the restaurant you actually love rather than a list somebody handed you. We keep a preferred vendor list as a resource if you want ideas, and you are never obliged to use it.
Yes. Both the Ballroom and the Lounge are set up for an indoor ceremony followed by dinner and dancing in one building.
Our venue coordinator handles the layout transition between your intimate ceremony and your reception, and ceremony setup is available as an add on. Nobody has to drive between a church and a hall, which for a smaller guest list makes the whole day feel far more relaxed.

After the ceremony, your officiant is responsible for returning the signed marriage certificate to that clerk within five days.
